ANDROID USERS -I have this covered. Link your Polar Flow app with Google Fit. Then link Google fit with My Fitness Pal. Make sure your stats (weight, age, height) is the same on all three apps. It may take a day or so to update at first. Your workouts from your Polar device will now appear on My Fitness Pal. You're Welcome.

I am recovered from bi-polar. And yes it is one of the main reasons I got so big. Exercise really does help because there are no snacks at the gym (seriously, it gets me out of the danger zone -my home!)

Yes, I just make sure I eat balanced and regularly, and not too many high sugar foods (processed). But I still allow myself fruit :)

I went cold turkey. I read up about all the additives, caffeine and crap that are in soda and decided that I was worth more than that. I only ever drink water, fresh juice, smoothies and herbal tea now :)

If I'm REALLY craving something, I gotta have it. And I gotta have it ALL! I find that if you buy "snack packs" of your favorite treats you can have a late night treat and once the bag is empty you're done. :)
