I do a HIIT class 2-3 times a week paired with my lifting workouts. It's really effective for dropping weight.

Over 80lbs lost, and then started adding muscle (about 10lbs added so far).

I've been using this app for a couple years now. I lost 20 lbs before I joined then another 60 plus since. It helped me reach my goal a year ago. I've stayed logging and kept the weight off. Add me, if you'd like! I'm on every day (okay, I missed one day a year ago, but I was on a vacation!). Haha!

And you'll reach your goal again! Let's get to work - you'll have my support if you want it!

Well done! Congrats! And for the record; I always hated the 'O' word too!

I've been on here everyday for almost a year - until I missed one day while on a cruise a couple weeks ago. I log everything and have an open diary. I'm at my goal weight and have lost 70lbs. Feel free to add me!

I had the same pain, but as Jordymils said, the remedy was fixing my form. I started concentrating on keeping my knees where they were and focused on pushing my butt back. Whenever I feel the pain again, I check my form and adjust - works every time!

I like to use BodyBuilding.com - you type in the search window the exercise you'd like to see, and you get the link to the video! Alternatively, you can go to the http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/ - which is the exercise section, and click on a body part you'd like to train, and it'll come up with a list of exercise…

I'm currently lifting with my cardio during my rest periods between set. I get my workouts done in under 70 minutes and I feel great! I'm doing the program called Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Shred, but I found there's dozen of workout programs that you can tailor to your goals on BodyBuilding.com. I like this program…

Thanks for posting this topic, Hgycta! I'm headed for vacation soon and I find this thread very helpful! Now I can enjoy my vacation even more with this peace of mind!

I'll log it. I use my diary to keep track of what I'm eating. Not logging would leave out important information for that day. Will I over-eat? Probably, but there'll be no guilt attached to my diary. This journey is for me, and by logging, it keeps me in check of what I've scarfed away. I don't want to undo a year's worth…

I'm currently in 'maintenance' mode here. I'm at 11.8% BF and I'm on my second workout program to get shredded (slow process, but it's working!). I log every day and I motivate! Add me if you'd like!

Nice! That's a great NSV! Very funny! You're lucky that it didn't happen at the gym! Ha ha!

Continue to keep track of your calories, and if add any, do it in small increments (100 calories max), and see how your body reacts over a week or two. You could reduce your workout sessions, if you feel you're hitting the gym hard, but again - increments. Personally, I added ,ore gym workouts because, once I hit my goal,…
