  • SW: 169 Last week: 166.9 This week: 167.1 Blah. I started the 30DS last week and seriously hurt my achilles. Haven't exercised since Friday. Also, I was good all week, but bad on the weekend. Happy to see Monday again to get back on track.
  • Got my copy last night, just finished my first workout. Love the shortness of it (because naps only last so long) and I can already feel it... good luck!
