Its so nice to see lots of people my age on here!! Im using the app on my phone so im on top of my diet throughout the day so i can see how it works :) day 3 down.....about 600 more to go!! aha! (and thats if i loose 2 pound a week!! in reality its going to take longer!) Happy dieting people :D
