Everyone, Please be sure to report your final week #'s in the reporting thread. Thank you
-
that's a great overage. Are you going to keep going to see if you get highest burner?
-
come back next week. I hope you get better soon
-
Nice burn!
-
we try & keep it simple
-
can you manage a short walk?
-
the incline is great! It adds to the burn & great toning too
-
you are doing great! Keep going
-
you are a beast sunship. How many miles are you aiming for this week?
-
I know you can do it. I remember you used to have some nice burns. I took it easy myself yesterday, but it's on now.
-
I don't like the machines much either, but use the elliptical a lot. I catch up on my reading & listen to music @ the same time. I need the constant distraction, it makes the time goes by quickly.
-
I hope you are feeling better.
-
LOL... no, not you. We have been asked before if a person can use the fitbit daily burn, but like I said that includes calories for just breathing so no.
-
This week it's the same 3500. I only added the miles, but they can count towards the 3500 calorie burn. But I can't guarantee it will stay @ 3500, it will depend on the winner & what goal they choose for us. You won't get kicked out, I know you workout hard. I never begrudge anyone that tries, even if they don't meet the…

Think of it as an opportunity to try something new. You may discover a new go to. When the treadmill went out @ my work gym I started using the elliptical & I loved it. Now I rarely use the treadmill.

I hope your ready everyone. Monday is almost here for some & already here for others. Don't forget to keep track of your exercise & miles. We will need all figures by 9/7, no late entries will be counted. Check in the winner announcement section @ the end of the week. The winner will then set our burn goal & the + for week…

Hi everyone. Thanks for joining. I'm sorry I have been a bit MIA, my family doesn't see much of me during the week so on the weekends I try & devote as much time to family activities, etc & not being online. If you read everyone's intros we are all here pretty much for the same thing. We are tired of not being who we know…
-
Yes, you can count your strength burn.
-
Sorry for the delay, I was discussing it w/my fellow moderators. We think that periodically (not every week) there could be a nutritional challenge that the winner can choose for us to do.
-
yes, I purchased it yesterday but haven't tried it yet. I am looking forward to it
-
I am interested in joining. Thank you.
