I log the majority of my exercises using Runtastic, which is linked to MFP since my FitBit One is also linked to MFP it pulls my activities that Runtastic logged into my FitBit log & doesn’t show any calories burned for my runs, etc. on MFP. Welcome Runner 5. I don’t want to give away any spoilers. I will only say that C25K program gives you a little bit of insight/background into some of the characters. At least I thought so, but I don’t think you will lose anything if you jump ahead to the main program. Stay safe out there Runner 5.

Thank you for this reply to the OP's ?. I noticed this my last two long runs, it was strange as I have never smelled this on me before. Now I know & will make sure I eat more carbs the day before a long run.

I'm sure you will reach your goal. It's any combination of calories burned as long as @ the end of the week you up finish w/3500.

It isn't always easy. But definitely doable. My favorite burner is running, there is also kickboxing, Zumba, etc. which really helps you burn calories. I didn't think I could do it when I first started it, but I did & I know you can as well.
