  • Sorry for the delay. Here is what Raasy & I were thinking. I would say they can win even if they dont complete the +7. However, if there is a tie in calories burned, the person that did the +7 would be declared the winner.

  • The video helps so you can actually follow along, but the movements are listed above, try it I think you will like it. I run, elliptical, squat & this workout still made my behinds sore so I know if I kept @ it then my backside will reap the benefits.
