  • If you want to take a rest day, i suggest doing some yoga so you don't feel guilty. You get a little cardio and some strength training without feeling worn out. I would suggest eating a little higher calorie meals though when you do eat, that way you wont have to eat when you're not hungry and you aren't starving yourself.…
