I just joined today so these are some realistic goals for the remainder of the month ... 1. Stay under my target calories 5 days out of 7 2. Log every calorie without cheating 3. Exercise at least 20 min 2 times a week (cardio workout) 4. Be down to 154lbs by the end of the month
