Im on day7 level2.....Ive losted 25.9cm in total of measurements (I measured 1st day of shred) have lost 1kg - silly me weighed myself on 2 different scales with different readings when first started & then I bought my own scales just over a week ago with a reading 2kg more then the other scales so would be more then 1kg…

I love green tea. I gave up coffee too & smoking 7mths ago & had to find something. Since being up here on MFP I drink green tea :smile: it took couple days till I got use to it, it was bitter when first tryed it. Theres other flavours too I havent tryed yet but have heard are nice. I havent been up here long - I workout in the morning 6am on an empty stomach siping on water during workout. Breakfast after. Works for me! Only working out once a day at the moment but hoping to pick up walking too in the evenings......Best of Luck to you :)

Are you sleep walking & eating at night? I dont know the right term for it but I have heard of cases where people sleep walk & eat during the night without knowing. I wore one of my fat tops yesterday & its loose had a few comments from people if Ive losted some weight. Im on level2 day2. I am feeling lighter....also measurements check your measurements. Cause if you have been eating well & shred it has to be muscle or your scale are out, good luck :)

Must be muscle.....same thing happened to me. I was going to weigh in tomorrow but I have my mp so hopefully Wednesday. See how you go after a few days??? But you must feel lighter waking up in the mornings???

Day 7 for me. I missed out 2 days last week. 2nd day cause my legs were aching (awesome ache) & I was lazy the 3rd day lol but its getting better my energy has picked up big time from last week.
