Now Ive read this Im confuse arrgghh..........some days I eat them all back some days I only eat 1/2. I do 30dshred & 30day squat & sometimes walk & have only losted 1kg its been a month but have losted 39.9cm in measurements total. Now Im wondering if thats why the scale hasnt moved because Ive eaten cals back :( confuse??

Hello my friend :flowerforyou: Thanks yeah I havent done shred today or yesterday. Couldnt understand the scales :explode: Am happy with the cm loss but you would think my scales would just move a tiny bit lol Good to hear from you :smile:

Congrats to you & sorry for your lost - I wish I was strong like you after my stillborn with 4wks left to his dued date. I kept getting bigger & bigger till I was obese. Best of luck to you on your journey :)

People constantly post they are going to do it for 30 days straight, the same workout dvd cause they gain strength, fitness level increases, body changes, weight loss, measurements loss, they like it like you like your exercise routine. I love it Im on level 3 & have losted 39.9kgs so far so it works for me 30days…

Your friends 800 calories is a quick fix..........you can do it by doing it the healthy way & making it a life style change! Agree with above also do measurements. Ive been on the same weight for 2wks but have losted 14cm before that I losted 1kg and losted 25.9cm. So use a measuring tape too could be muscle :)

Jillian Michael 30 day shred. Theres level 1, 2 & 3. You do level 1 for 10days then you move onto level 2 then 3. Workout is cardio & strength.
