I like this site better than weight watchers and its free!!!! I'd always fall for there products which were so expensive...it is a program that works though I have many friends who have lost and kept it off ....I definately wouldn't do good with the new point system either

Agree I didn't see any results until I ditched what the site was telling me now I'm at 1200 calories a day and try really hard to not eat back all my calories

Agree with this , if I went by the BMI chart for my height people would think I was dying I don't have the build to weigh what the chart says I should .

I love burpees a simple short little exercise that is a major calorie burner these are incorporated into most of my gym classes that I take daily ...I like how someone called them barfees if you do 'em right you do feel like vomitting :bigsmile: GOOD LUCK!!!

I really try to not eat back calories burned or at least all of them somedays I definately do but I have really started to notice the scale changing once I stopped eating my calories back

Any other of this trainers clients you can talk to or see results I wouldn't totally push aside what he is telling you , the trainers at my gym do address nutrition and if I could afford it I'd love a trainer. I workout out anywhere from 45 minutes to sometimes 3 hours, group fitness classes at my gym. Haven't seen huge results on the scale but honestly my eating is all over the charts. I do it cause it feels good and when I do those 3 hours its something that clicks in my head borderline insanity ....GOOD LUCK!!!!

I do my gym isn't the cleanest but I read somewhere you can actually bring germs home if you don't shower but still I have also mastered not letting anything touch the floor either hahahah
