I record it as cardio because as far as I can tell there really isn't any other way to log that kind of class. I love that class I can burn close to 700 some days its a great fat burner!!!!!!

I am plagued by knee issues !!!! I just keep doing my exercises given to me by PT and am very careful with knee tracking

Wow this sounds exactly like me!!!! Weekends always seem to center around food and drink I have also dropped to 1200 calories and trying so hard to not "eat back" my exercise calories. Walking is a great exercise add some hills that will get he HR up there..Keep up the good work!!!

Why would you feel embarassed? I take that he thinks you are smart for wearing gloves , I wear gloves all the time kills my hands if I don't plus I hate the smell

My BodyPump instructor says that if you think you can do even just one more rep after finishing your usual you should go up on weight ...for me with a knee injury I have to really let my body say when its heavy enough

I can relate , this is how I'd feel but then I made rest an important part of my fitness schedule i used to workout hard everyday, cutting back I can now do workouts I never thought I could do because I am giving my body a chance to regenerate.
