  • I would base your decision on 2 things: 1. Which one you think tastes best 2. Which one has the nutrition you want. So I would do a taste test and compare the nutrition labels. Personally, I drink 1% cows milk, and I grew up on 2% cows milk. I don't believe in cutting ALL the fat out of food that naturally has fat in it.
