When I run out of calories in the evenings and still feel hungry past 1200 calories, then I go and eat around 200 calories then go to bed as soon as possible. Ive decided I will reward myself with every stone lost (14lb). For me it will have to be either perfume ,handbags or jewellery, even though Im too fat to want to bother buying new clothes Im never too fat for those items.
