I cycle for about 1.5 hours at 16+ MPH average pace and I try to hit around 1,000 ft of climbing on my ride. This gives me a ~1,000 calorie burn per Strava and 1,100 calories per MFP. I input the lower number from Strava. Or, I run for approx. 6 miles (10k) at a 9:30-10:00/mile pace. I prefer the cycling to the running.…
