I have a desk job but Im a fidgety person and tend to get up constantly to mske copies, get water often, and restroom often (because I drink so much water). I park far and use stairs also once im home Im constantly moving.

For anyone that is curious here are my stats: 5'5, female, 36 yr, wt. 176lbs w/clothes and shoes. Workout for 5x per week 25 min T25.

I've lost 15 lbs since my last physical which was last year ago so she said I'm on the right track. All my lab work is good. I just feel it's weightloss is coming off too slow. Thanks everyone! According to MFP I need to consume 1500 now my question is "should I eat my exercise calories?"

Exactly I was eating 1800 but only netting between 1000- 1200. And yes my bmr is 1550. I just adjusted my Goal calories according to tdee -25% which is 2040 so from now on I will just ignore my exercise calories.

You should try it! I was a couch potatoe before insanity and once I got past the first couple of weeks and soreness now I can't imagine not working out. I do it 6 days a week and I love it!
