Under Calorie Goal
Ok so I have an odd question. My calorie goal is set for 1200 I've synced my Fitbit and I've earned some extra calories due to my activity. Here's my odd question. If I'm under my 1200 calorie goal and just had dinner and it's 730 pm is it ok just to stay under even if it's below 1200?

Losing weight and not tracking
I'm finally losing weight but the weird and funny thing is I am no longer tracking! I for some reason eat more when I track. When I tracked I wasn't really losing. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thoughts and advice please...
According to TDEE -20% I should consume 1640 calories for weightloss. My BMR is around 1550. I normally eat about 1300 but I'm not losing much weight I'm kinda stuck. I I work out 5x per week and burn about 300 calories on the days I work out. I tried eating today close to TDEE -20 % but feel stuffed. I'm afraid of gaining…

I'm still a bit confused....
So my TDEE -20% is at 2177 on my MFP I put my goal to be 1550 calories but I eat some exercise calories back. I've been consuming about 1800 but netting about 1200. My BMR is about 1550. I'm not sure I'm doing this right help!

Protein ideas... Need help with this
I just noticed my weekly calories are 54% carbs and only 24% protein which is no good. I need to decrease my carbs and increase my protein. I need ideas of good sources of protein the more the better. I don't like yogurt so that's not an option for me it makes me gag. Thanks! :)
