Losing weight and not tracking

I'm finally losing weight but the weird and funny thing is I am no longer tracking! I for some reason eat more when I track. When I tracked I wasn't really losing. Has anyone else experienced this?

    I'm sure there are people who don't track and lose but if you ever hit a "plateau" the data from tracking (accurate and all food/drink tracking that is) can help you figure out why.
