¨ Yes you do. After a while you don't associate meat as food, just corpses. Who would want to eat a corpse? Not very appetising ;) there are plenty of veggie versions of meats that taste really nice and people who used to eat a lot of meat before tend to consume them. They are often cheaper than real meat as well.

You seem to eat a lot of dairy, could it have to do with that? Most people struggle to digest dairy. Why not try a couple of days without milk//cheese etc and see if that helps? You can substitute with soya alternatives (they are less calories than dairy as well).

Better than shaving. I used to use an epilator for everything but waxing takes less time. It is a big painful but worth it.

I shave nothing, ruins the skin and it's unhygienic unless if you use disposable blades which tend not to be sharp enough so they irritate skin. Instead, I wax.

I feel exactly the same! A top that looks classy and nice on a friend with showing barely any cleavage, looks just really cheap and chav on me. I really, really wish I had smaller breasts and when I reach my weight and fitness goals I will probably get them done. They may be really saggy at the end of this all anyway lol

You seem to eat quite little, no wonder you are hungry. Fat has a lot of calories so you can't eat a lot of it if you want to stay within your calorie limits. Why not try eating more green vegetables? Or even better, ditch the Atkins and start a healthy lifestyle eating plenty of complex carbs and whole foods.

My thought exactly. I don't mind if my calorie count is not 100% accurate. With my calorie deficit amount of 500 calories per day even if I am not accurate, I am still unlikely to be eating over my calories. Just couldn't bother weighing everything I eat.

You can make pizza healthier by having it thin crust and without cheese. Pizza without cheese is still brilliant, you wouldn't believe how nice it is and most of the calories on a pizza come from cheese and meat!

I think I could give up any single food but there are some groups of foods I could not give up. Like fresh veg - I really crave for it if I haven't had fresh veg for a day. Also dark green veg makes me a happy gal. Oh and hot drinks, couldn't do without them, but even a cup of hot water would do if I couldn't have anything…

Just relaised you are from the UK. The Morrisons own brand frozen vegetarian mince is really, really nice and fairly cheap. As I can see you already shop at Morrisons, why not give that a try? Have it as if you were having real mince but just use the veggie substitute instead. It's a lot leaner and basically fat free.
