Try drinking a ton of water for several days, and see if that helps your lips. Eating fat or oils won't make your lips more hydrated, but water will.

Try stretches specifically for your iliacus and psoas muscles (the hip flexors. Also, stretch your quadriceps, calves, and glutes. Walking that much and not stretching throughout the day could be causing your problems. If you can, put a heating pad on your lower back, hips and glutes at the end of your route, and then…

I gained! UGH. I am up 5 pounds from last week. Not sure what is going on. I have met my calorie goals and added exercise, so I'm hoping that this next week is different. I am also going to try to reduce my sodium intake.

I am a similar weight and height as you, and every time I've lost weight, it's been through just cardio at first. The guy on the porch sounds like a ridiculous person!

Our bodies need a certain amount of energy to function, and if they don't get it through adequate sleep, they will crave it through calories. My hunger is muuuch worse when I don't get enough rest!
