  • Yoga is great!!!! I go to yoga classes 2 times a week.. Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga are fantastic! And believe me, It wont make you sleepy!! I wish I had more time to go every day. I feel so peaceful after each class and my body is changing to!!:heart: :bigsmile:
