I actually have trouble reaching my maintenance calories, so that's not a problem at all. If I eat too much fat though I do start getting stomach aches. I've found that in a single meal, if it goes over around 20g of fat, I get really sick. I try to spread my fats through the day so I don't get sick, but at the same time…

I like agave and I've used it before, but I've been hearing bad things about it recently. Dried fruit wouldn't help my rice rolls though.

This actually looks pretty neat. I'm gonna have to try a small bottle. Thanks! Edit: Oh shoot, it's only on Amazon.com, not Amazon.ca. The headquarters are right there in Edmonton, wtf? Ugh...if I can find it somewhere maybe, but I hate paying for shipping when we have Amazon Prime.

Lots of bananas. Make a cup of PB2 beforehand and dip your bananas in it. Won't be as good for your digestion though. Fruits are best eaten on their own. It's cool though.

Def looks more like this one.

Sorry, I really shouldn't generalize, but I always hated posting here because everyone tells me the same thing: "Eat 1200 calories and you'll lose weight!" Honestly it could be in my head. I'd plateaued forever and then I didn't have a scale anymore, and since I'm afraid I'll obsess over it, I'm not allowed to purchase…

OMG I COULDN'T SEE THE PHOTO ON MY PHONE yes it's this!!!!

It's this, but like 20 years older.

You all do. lol.

I'm not dropping to 1200 calories. 1400 is bad enough.

My boyfriend definitely doesn't understand my obsession with my weight. The last few stubborn pounds ARE STUBBORN AS *kitten* and I get so mad! I feel like I'll never get rid of this gut. :/

A lot lol. We're in an experimental phase right now. Boyfriend moved out of his parents house in November, I moved in with him, and now we're sort of navigating groceries and things together. Also I am from America, so prices of things here in Canada have changed how I eat a lot. Normally a can of vegetarian refried black…

Remember to allow yourself the junk you're craving every once in a while. Eventually your tastebuds do indeed change. I used to be a sucker for gas station donuts, especially since they were only $0.35 each in the afternoon and still VERY fresh. Just thinking about them hurts my teeth now. The last one I had I couldn't…

There's no sugar in them at all. That's pretty bad. Granted, the only sugar that they would include in those would be refined *kitten*, so I guess that's a good thing. Cliff, Luna, Larabar, and Kind make much healthier bars. You could also make your own. It's not difficult. Then you'd know exactly what you're putting into…

Sugar and carbs are wonderful. Don't give them up, just switch to things that don't trash your body. And remember to eat enough carbs so that you don't crave such highly concentrated sweet things all the time. Fruit is your best friend, but it's best eaten in the morning on an empty stomach. And don't do diet soda. Ever.…

The deep fried oreos are definitely the best. They get soft and warm as if you dunked them in hot cocoa.

"Eat meat." Pffffft. Because that magically solves every problem in the book.

Thank you. My boyfriend said that as well. As long as it's a day where we didn't eat ramen, the sodium is usually below 2,300mg. He also noted that Asians just naturally consume a lot of sodium, and since I don't have high blood pressure problems (I actually have the opposite. My blood pressure is occasionally too low,)…

Just remember that "Oh this one person out of the billions who live on this planet tried this one diet, succeeded, and lived to tell the tale," does not mean it's 100% accurate and should be followed to the T or taken as law. Generally, people who live on high fat and high protein diets will have a slew of health problems…

Def a work in progress. 25 down, 10 more to go.

Same, I got excited as hell!

Are you diabetic?

For the family's convenience (and wallets) I am around 90% vegan. I avoid as much dairy as I can but sometimes it just crops up in things and I can't just throw them away. Any effort is better than no effort at all. :3 Feel free to add! Open diary!

Independent film director. Don't freaking ask LOL

I forget to log occasionally but my goal is 1650 and my diary is open!

I don't think my tummy can be flat after I eat my first meal so I think it'd be kind of pointless. I'm currently eating at maintenance, walking 10k steps a day with my Fitbit, and doing beginner weightlifting using Fitness Blender while I watch VODs or live streams. My rule of thumb is if I'm going to be watching…

If I have a hernia, I've had it since birth so I don't think it's that big of an issue if I'm 25 and have had no problems. I'll get it checked out soon of course, as with a lot of things I've never had checked, but that'll come. I'll look into probiotics.
