I dunno, there's just something about...apples. I love the darn things.

If you're shaky and nauseated, your blood sugar is low and you need some quick digesting sugars along with something bulky to keep you going the rest of the day. I'm hypoglycemic. Not only do I feel that way in the morning, but pretty much after any outing in which I didn't remember snacks I'll get sick and sometimes…

Pokemon Go isn't out in my country yet.

Yup, like, as long as it's not fuzzy on the inside, imma go ahead and eat them when they ripen more.

I don't speak Mandarin sadly.

Healthy adults should be getting 42g of protein a day. Active females, 52g, active males, 62g. I'll add you!

"A diet that addresses cardiovascular risk factors is appropriate for women with PCOS. Roughly half of women with PCOS are obese, and losing as little as 5 to 10 percent of weight results in a resumption of menstrual periods and a decrease in androgen hormones. A plant-based diet is the best option for women with PCOS. The…

That's...really American, I'm sorry. The average amount of necessary protein per day is 42g, period. If you're an active female, 52g, active male, 62g. More than that is just excess, and the amount of excess depends on how quickly your kidneys start losing their effectiveness. Because of societal norms, men eat on average…

1500-1700 to maintain, then eat back your exercise calories.

If you're not diabetic, do yourself a favour and don't cut carbs. You need them for energy and brain function. Start tracking your fibre and make sure you get enough every single day. 96% of people in the US are deficient in fibre and eat far too much protein. If anything, you might need to cut protein and fat down a…

It's a ton of sodium and hormone injected flesh slabbed into a loaf of bread that you'd normally eat over the course of a week. That isn't and never will be healthy. XD

The new take on "My Plate" has noted that everything should be balanced. It's cut into four pieces: Fruit, Grains, Vegetables and Legumes. Therefore, if you eat a cup of broccoli, you should also eat a cup of cherries, and so on. It's a good system and full of fibre <3

There's nothing wrong with carbs. Eat an apple or a banana. Or peel some carrots, those are awesome! Baby carrots don't have the same flavour because of how they're made.

A lot of people feel satiated when they eat the same weight of food every day. Think about what your portions look like now compared to what they looked like prior.
-
You gotta go for a nice balance of both worlds of you'll just be miserable.
-
Right? That's why I'm trying to ask around first. I did eat one. It wasn't ripe enough yet.

Facebook is pretty freaking lame though.

Those tiny green protruding bumps. They're all over. Lemme take a shot of the back. Maybe you can't tell.

I don't have a routine. I just stopped eating so much junkfood and started doing all the grocery shopping, and much more often.
-
You can't eat steel cut oats as a quick, cold porridge though. You'd have to make some overnight oats for that. I tried steel cut oats, but they weren't like...versatile. I like being able to turn my oats into flour if I need some.

There's nothing unhealthy in it. <.< it's just a whole cup of dried oats that adds the calories. I couldn't finish it. There's also half a cup of water but I like, didn't remember to add it. There's nothing wrong with calories. There's a saying, you know: eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a…

Oh it's just a way to get rid of the protein powder. Gonna change to hemp seeds eventually. Sometimes I'm starving in the morning and I'm out of cookies? I could bake this too.
-
fyi 1200 calories a day is really unhealthy. You should eat more, but exercise more.

Walk. That's the best thing anyone can tell you. Well that and eat well. :3 Welcome!

I honestly don't know. A couple years I think. That was due to intentional sabotage and other personal things though.

I do have some kettlebell routines targeted at full body, which is why I'm not worried about missing muscle groups, but I really don't know what I should be working on for this machine. How do you make a routine?
-
I've been saving up for a kettlebell/set. Why can't I use the machine though? I can't bench press or anything without it. Isn't that something I should be doing?
-
But I have a gym.

No, it is only this sort of deal:
