Is everyone that is saying "tinned" from Europe? I have no suggestions for soups, I just read this thread and noticed we call them "canned". I am a sucker for ramen noodles/ricenoodles with veggie broth :) Watch your sodium though!

I've always been a big girl, and never been regular. I also have Poly cystic ovarian syndrome, which can cause missed/irregular periods. Wow, this got so many responses, and good ones too! I think I'm going to try the Zumba and possibly Just Dance 2! i love dancing, I do it anyway, so I might as well play a game while I do it :) I was worried I wouldn't have enough room, but it sounds like I do :)

Oh isn't BioFreeze just the best thing EVER. My mom is a nurse for a Chrysler Assembly plant, and that's what they use to treat repetitive stress injuries/sprains or any kind of injury under the skin! I love it for workout pain, back pain and when I sprain my ankle (at least once a year!).
