JFT-Saturday Mindful eating. Having friends over for dinner tonight so I really have to be careful not to overeat! Enjoy the company more than the food!!! Drink water!!!

This is a great thread. JFT: I will exercise for an hour. I will do better with my water intake. I will stay within my calorie goal, staying away from junk food. I will NOT be tempted to snack tonight (a hard one for me)
