What's the rush ? That's what might set you in failure ! With only this amount of weight to lose, aim to do it slowly,in a healthy way ( i recommend talking with a doctor and/ or dietician as you suffer from ED ) like 6 months in and by eating more than 1200 kcals

Hi, what are your stats ? Activity level ? Daily intake ? I am 5'4. Starting weight : 69kgs, current weight : 57kgs. My weightloss also stalled at 64 kgs ( for one month), then again at 62 kgs (for 2 months). For my part, i was just eating too much.

The question here is also : how much have you put on ( at least on the scale) and are you sure it isn't just normal fluctuations ?

Did you calculate your TDEE ? I don't know how much you want to loose but i guess not more than 10ish pounds, so you could just substract 10-15 % from it. According to your BMR ( 1600ish ) you should definitely eat more than 1200. Try eat 1500 and then up to 1600 ( or even 1800 ) and you should loose ( TDEE -15% = 1900 !!! )
