  • Its a good start and if you can keep it up for a while there is nothing to stop you doing more. Im doing three thirty min workouts a day for six weeks to give me a boost. (This is week one day three, but I will do it)
  • Jogging steadily or power walking get off lots of fat burn zone calories, sprint trianing shifts calories quickly too. Gillian get me 100ish on my polar watch because of the strength work. I'm doing three thirty min sessions a day on my cross trainer at the moment and that gets me about 900 cals. Good luck.
  • 133lbs which is higher than recommended but I can maintain that once there. Ive 33lbs to lose but I'm going to tackle it in half stone chunks.
