  • I woul say that 6 is fine. I was doing 5 and tried slowly progressing until I worked up to 5 mins. (I've never even tried 6, so I think your doing amazing!) It takes time. i wouldn't be intimidated by others progress, you have to go at your own pace :flowerforyou:

  • That sounds a lot like what I'm going through right now, I've plateaued for the last 4 months, even after doubling my workouts to 2 hrs a day for the last month.... and.... nothing.
  • Quaker mini rice cakes in chocolate or caramel.... are a tasty snack for me or a ton of raw unflavored almonds, walnuts or nut of choice. Homemade granola also works great! :happy:

  • That happens to me a lot too, try not to beat yourself up about it. Everybody falls off the wagon and thats fine..... you can't change what you did today, but you can decide to do better tomorrow!!! :flowerforyou:
  • I do have a cheat day every week (usually Sunday) and do still record it in my food journal. I feel like its important for me to keep track of them so that when I pull my reports to see how I've been doing over the last month, etc. its accurate. On the other side of it though I don't eat back all of my exercise calories…
