This is what works for me: a good quality breakfast such as oatmeal or eggs, drinking 3 cups of green tea a day, taking vitamin B50 or B100 and Rhodiola. You could always start with core training or do planks, lunges, squats, and crunches. Try a 10 Lbs dumbbell (meant for a single hand) and use both hands to do a bicep curl. Better yet, google a beginner workout guide.

I get it. This is about things you eat as a snack or in-between meals. I seen it mentioned that one should try to stick to a 100 calorie snack. I can relate. In high school the basketball coach asked me to rty out for the team. But I am not athletic, at all. So I tried out (because I'm tall) and I was so bad that the coach gave me one of those looks like "are you kidding me" total waste of time. :(

I'd be pissed. I'd probably be passive aggressive and say that someone I work with said I look great (to make him jealous). This is not good advice though. Communicate. Maybe you took it the wrong way? Or maybe he didn't realize that comment would hurt/annoy you.

Yes, and it motivates me to work out longer than I planned. For example, I had a 770 calorie burrito for lunch :( Now that I only have 21 calories for dinner, I must work out at least 60 minutes.

Yeah, you can even get it in water with reduced sodium. You can also get it without water or oil. Definitely get the reduced sodium kind.
