I don't know. Why worry about it, it's not like these people are looking at your request and thinking hard about it. If they don't know you that well they won't accept. It's a silly thing to worry about. Besides they might have too many already, who wants to read all the extra info that comes with extra "friends".

It depends. If you exercise and burn 600-800 calories - 1200 is not low (in my opinion) because you can eat that much extra. But if you don't work out, a 1200 calories diet doesn't seem sustainable. You would be hungry. I mean, I would be hungry anyway.

Besides substituting it for rice, I also make a quinoa salad where I chop kale into tiny pieces, add oil based sun dried tomatoes with a bit of olive oil, raw garlic, and apple cider vinegar (let sit at least a few hours so the vinegar can break the kale down for easier digestion).

Boil water first. Then place eggs into pot with 2-3 inches of water, using tongs. Boil for 8 minutes.

Quinoa, beans & lentils, nut butters I heard cottage cheese is excellent (body builders eat this). Fat free is tasteless, I prefer the regular kind. I also heard fat free has more sodium.

I love to make whole wheat pasta, saute some veggies, and then at the end I mix the aforementioned with a bit of olive oil, goat cheese, fresh squeezed lemon, raw garlic, and pine nuts or walnuts.

I'm 5 ft 9.5. My scale points to me being 160 lbs but I don't know how accurate it is. Let's assume it is. My goal is to be 140 lbs. I think that would make me a size 6ish.
