I just purchased the app last week for my iphone. I love it. I use it for cycling and also walking. My husband uses it when he's out running also. Its great - best £2.99 i've spent on an app.

Good luck! I started 30DS last night. My legs are killing me and walking up/down stairs afterwards is tough! What do you log 30DS under in your exercise diary?

Hi and welcome! I'm in the Uk too (Scotland) and love MFP. I have been using the site for a couple of months and have lost 15lb. Its a great source of advice and motivation. x

I am in Scotland and wish the couple well and hope the day goes by peacefully. My 4 year old daughter is super excited about it but other than that i am not bothered. Looking forward to having the day of as it's a public holiday. Yippeeee!

I went for a weigh in last night and have put on 1lb :mad: I started the 30 day shred on the 1st april and have been watching what i have been eating and not going over my calorie intake so not happy at having put on 1lb. current weight - 149lbs target weight - 138lbs (at the end of april)

Thanks everyone. I've been doing a fitness DVD 3 times a week, also using a gym ball for sit ups and ab crunches. I have also been using a vibration plate (not too sure if it's making any difference) and zumba once a week. I was hoping there might be a way of fast tracking!!
