Strength training is the key, watching specific macros depending on your goals. For me, Intermittent Fasting the key to losing the stubborn belly fat. Leangains.com was my guide.

Great Job. You are on the right track. Mixing in the resistance training is essential, and wil reap you great benefits. I'm on a similar journey. I do bootcamp 3 days and weight training 3 days per week. It takes hard work, discipline and self control. Keep it up!

Self control is not easy, but the rewards outweigh giving in. We all struggle with it, you are on the right path by just acknowledging a weakness that YOU can overcome. You are the master of your destiny. We all fall off the wagon, just work on falling on it less often and eventually staying on it full time. Best of luck…

That is freaking awesome. Way to go and congrats. Unbelievable.

Well done. I too have lifted weights for the past 3+ months with no weight loss but considerable slimming and muscle gain. Keep it up.

Here's what I did, YMMV. I got tired of being fat and lazy. Yeah I said it. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, stop making excuses and get dedicated and motivated. It really was that which got me going. I was intimidated too at first but quickly got over it. It's all about commitment. At least it was for me. Good luck.

It's still about caloric intake vs. what you burn. If you eat too much of any calorie and burn less, you won't lose weight. I eat well and don't lose weight…
