  • I don't eat back my exercise calories burned , but if I know I will be going out to eat I will add in more of a work out to burn extra calories. There is so many different views on this...my thinking is do what is working for you try both ways and listen to your body if your tired, not feeling well, headaches then yes up…

  • I get orthotics from my chiropractor they make them custom made. I stay away from the kind you get in store..I like custom made vs one size fits all I feel I would rather spend more on something that works better and last longer..just my opinion. :) good luck
  • Hi Kate, I am all about support and accountability. I log on daily you can add me if you want...I have been doing MFP for three months now.   • Hey you can add me ( I like my friends to have a open diary)....I have been on MFP for about three months lost 29lb so far...I log daily and pretty much workout daily if not 3x a day and would like to have more motivating friends,. If anyone else out there fits this bill go ahead and friend request me :)
  • I was on week two and pulled a hamstring muscle so had to stop for two weeks all healed now so will start again at week one...it's a good program so can't wait to start again :) don't have pics to share sorry

  • I do about the same that you do, I put my vegis wrapped in alum foil then I put in the grill basket as long as I keep shaking and turning the alum package they don't seem to burn.
