I will stop the pre work out drink and see what happens that is really the only thing I did different....my trainer told me to start adding weight training into my workouts and eat a little more complex carbs ( yams) lower my protein down to 45 grams a day ( since I'm not running a marathon or body building don't need more…

I added C25k in as a new exersises under cardio and then add in the time and cal burned in my exersise log....if you need more info on this message me Go to exercise then cadio.
