I like to workout in the morning in most cases! I usually am so tired by dinner time that I don't have the energy to put in a great workout like I do in the morning!

Hi Everyone! Glad to see others interested! Since they are late to post this months 30 day challenge, I am mixing up, going to do January's challenge if the February day isn't posted in time for my workout. I have seen the ZWOW/ZOD - I will be trying to mix those in too!

I love hummus with pretzels or baby carrots. Also like apples with peanut butter as well.

I am on it and it has not affected my loss at all. It has been the one and only pill I have been on since I started it. If you are concerned I would talk to your doctor about it. I have lost about 20 lbs while on it.

I do two "rest" days a week, meaning not at the gym. I picked the two busiest days in my schedule - and I often find time to go on a walk or horseback riding on my gym-free days. It works for me and so far it has helped my motivation and training as I can't wait to my next gym day!

I exercise when I have time, some days it is in the morning, others in the afternoon. I rarely exercise after 5pm, I try to get it done before then.

Go to the gym on your own at the same time weekly, you will often see the same people there. Make friends!

I prefer to go alone at this point, one friend that I go with is not at the same pace as me, and always wants to leave after 20 minutes, though I would not mind a buddy if we were into the same workouts.

Take an egg and put it in a microwave safe bowl, scramble it and I put a little pepper in it. Cover with plastic wrap and poke some holes in it. Microwave for 45 seconds. I do my normal exercises no matter what. If I am feeling any cramping I typically will go for a brisk walk which helps me feel better. Otherwise it is running, biking, horseback riding and doign the express circut of weights at the gym.
