  • Runkeeper is my app of choice. I use it for my running, walking, and bicycling. I wish it would sync with MFP though, but its fairly easy to just enter calories burned into MFP.

  • I'm having the same problem with sugars but also, like you, am not adding any sugar to my foods. It's all naturally occurring sugars so I at least have some comfort in that. I'm not eliminating fruit ever!
