  • i totally understand!!! i have been doing MFP for 35 days and my weight has stayed the same for the past 3 weeks (i am almost always under my calories and workout at least 3 days a week) what is wrong with this picture?!?!?! :(

  • welcome!!! MFP is a GREAT place to be if you want to lose weight. I've been here for 2 weeks and have lost 4 lbs :) I'm doing Slim Fast for breakfast and lunch (dinner is what i'm working on getting better at) Good luck on your journey :)
  • i asked my doctor that same question and she said not to go over half your body weight in ounces. so if you weigh 200lbs, don't drink more than 100oz. i drink a lot of water too but it makes me feel better. hope that helps :)
  • ok, so the girl scout cookies are going on sale soon and i'm a SUCKER for some thin mints. do i get 2 boxes and freeze them to eat over a period of time or say screw the girl scout cookies this year??
