C4. If you get a pins and needles feeling, its the beta alanine.

Pretty sure that was debunked.

The organic part is a waste of money. If you want plant based, that's your choice.

End of the day, it only matters about how you feel. Find a spot where you are happy with you, but have a healthy mindset about it. Side note - somewhere along the line it became acceptable to tell someone they are too skinny or have lost too much weight. But if you tell someone it looks like they put on a few too many…

Its a mentality some people have, whether they realize it or not. They believe that when drinking a diet drink, they essentially have more room for calories in their food and end up eating more. If I eat fast food, I will get a diet drink, not because I think it is a healthy choice, but to save 600 calories even though I…

Your comment saying "they are for profit" led me to my comment.

Why wait?

To the OP, I like C4 - cherry limeade right now. The beta alanine gives me a good mind set for the workout. Do I need a pre workout? No, but it is part of my routine.

Without knowing the story, I would assume it was meant to be extreme dehydration, or REALLY poor nutrition, as in an eating disorder.

For protein, its all I buy. And the company itself seems like a good company. Follow them on facebook, they have a lot of contests. I've won one before as well and had the product in three days. When I lived in Ottawa, I would have my order within three days. Im in AB now and it takes a bit longer (6 days I think).

It's real, but harder to hit than people think and gets used as an excuse to stay in your comfort zone.

Your piss is pure chemicals regardless of what you've ingested.

Canadian Costco's are vastly inferior apparently.

Do you mean drop to 230-235? Cansues right now a 230-255 is a huge span and only three pounds at the top end that could be accomplished by a big poop.

They require different form.

800lbs or so. Honestly, the weight is only one factor. Tread type, width, height of the tire all matter.

Your kid takes naps? Some gyms have day care services.
-
I'd still give my eating habits a name to differentiate myself from others.

Broccoli is not a good source of protein and about 4gs per cup.
