This is what helps my elbows ALOT - take your thumb and dig it into the opposite bicep. Dig around until you find a really painful spot. Press on it for thirty seconds, then release. Do the same to the other bicep. Do this multiple times throughout the day, and it should help. And when I get a moment I will find a youtube…

If I do hard cardio first, it leaves nothing left in the tank for lifting. If I lift first, I can force my way through cardio.

Milk doesn't contain antibiotics. If the cow is given them, then their milk must be dumped until they are clean. Also, nothing wrong with fat in your diet.

Depends on the gym. The private gym we can be blatant about it with no issues. Some commercial gyms don't allow it so I need to be more covert with it and I'll just prop my phone on a bench with my water bottle.

Go to 135. Less and you'll change the leverages caused by using smaller plates. 135 will be at the height your deadlifting "career" will be at regularly.
