This is what I was getting at. They have their place, but people want to put a blanket statement of "you don't need them." Also, need and being of use and be different things. I don't need the caffeine, but it can help me get through a tough workout.

This attitude is garbage and shows ignorance towards the field.

Is mentioned in the same sentence is mercola, wouldn't trust this guy at all.
-
The study showed that people with health problems, were over weight etc were drinking diet pop. Not that diet pop caused the problem. There is a difference. If you are over weight, you may turn to diet drinks as a replacement but they are not the cause Of the problem.

Good luck. Don't be afraid to seek help in this.

You forgot to include the link to buy the blender you are selling.

that may be a bit harsh. It is possible that the friend just bought in hard to the propaganda and is trying to share their belief. But if they keep pushing it, ditch them.
-
Or they can buy the organic seeds and still use pesticides and herbicides, just ones that are organic, not as effective, require more applications and are more toxic.

Don't worry about the bar weight. The weight you don't on a smith machine won't transfer to anything really anyways. Just put enough plates on it so it is challenging.

Deadlifts.

Smith machines are normally Counter weighted.

http://www.thefarmersdaughterusa.com/2014/04/but-rest-of-world-bans-gmos-right.html Cliff notes - the may not be allowed to cultivate because they haven't been approved, but they can import products containing gmos.
-
So your nothing more than a big ag shill? Jk - I am a strong proponent of gmo and think organic just translates to "more expensive in the store."
-
More of a non tariff trade barrier. It's far more political than for saftey concernes. Scotland admitted as much.

20+ years of testing isn't long enough?
-
If it helps you stay on track - it's fine. If you are thinking that because you are drinking zero calories and can therefore have whatever you want to accompany it, you may need to reevaluate it.
-
Damn it, now I can't tell if people are agreeing with what I meant to say or agreeing with the error I made.
-
But you also sell snake oil, so your opinion is relevant.
-
That is the general nature of autocorrect.
-
Stir frys with rice.
-
Does the anti-gmo crowd realize that many organic seeds are patented as well? And that organic uses pesticides as well, such as copper sulfate?
-
Heavy squats and deadlifts take a lot longer than a minute to recover from. Should I just stare at the wall, or other gym patrons as creepily as possible while resting between sets?
-
Cheat days can ruin an entire week's work.
-
Organic and non gmo items are a waste of money compared to the "traditional" version.

A home system done my mma star George "rush" st. Pierre. Same type of thing as insanity etc.

Isn't beach body a group of workouts that are normally given with shakeology?
-
A good trainer will adapt their method for their client, while always staying honest with them.

No

Eat the whole egg. Your friend has an outdated idea on them.
