Simply go to your Blackberry App world and search "MyFitnessPal". It should come right up. I have it downloaded and I already love it. It'll make it SO much easier to enter foods rather than using the web browser on my BB!!

I will definitely check this out... Most (chain) restaurants are getting better at having the nutrional available. This will come in handy when at a smaller place

They help you rid of excess water. I take Diurex.

I drink a LOT of water, and my sodium is *usually* low... To counteract the water weight, I try to take water pills once a day. They do wonders for me!

I like THIS. A lot of people on and off MFP have been making that comment this year and even though I'm not super super religious, it definitely rubs me the wrong way.

I bought one that measured body fat... it worked for about a month. Now im lucky to even get an accurate weight! Which is why I use 2 scales every morning, haha.

Trust the machine. It knows your pace/speed. MFP does not.

I don't think so. You are simply teaching her the RIGHT habits - to eat well and exercise. I think its a very good time for her to learn the right habits, more specifically, before she's a teenager. I wish someone had done the same for me when I was her age!
