I was thinking of doing that this morning with my 5 pound weights, I feel the most soreness under my arms and I am assuming it is from that exercise.

Good Morning Shredders, here is my daily check in Level 1 day 3 complete. The girls still hate jumping jacks. I hate the side lunges with arm raises and the bicycle crunches. LOL. My body feels ok, a little sore but not bad. Jillian says this will get easier, I sure hope so. Hanging in there and sweating it out!

Typically no I do not. Monday-Friday 1300 cals, Sat & Sun 1600-1700 cals.

It is my understanding you do each level for 10 days in a row, if you feel you need a rest day take it but for best results do the program every day.

I am trying to do each workout 1st thing in the morning before work. So I am waking up Jillian for the next 28 days---already completed Day 1 and 2 of level 1.

Try searching on Amazon and read the reviews. Also make sure you study and learn the form correctly. The DVD you chose may recommend a weight to start with.

I think what works for 'Person A, B & C' may not work with 'Person D and E.' No two bodies are alike so what may work for me may not work for you.
