I agree, I need to be held accountable and I think that is why biggest loser worked for me. I need to start by setting a goal and having someone or a group hold me accountable for it.

Dogacreek, can you tell me more about this bodymedia? Maybe this is what I need?

This is all very helpful and I agree with what everyone is saying, I know I am the only one that can change this...I just wish I had that incredible motivation I did 11 months ago...I know I am the only one who can change this and have no idea why I feel the way I currently do, I just know I am not happy with myself.

I did not shred this morning :( This week sucks. I work 2 jobs. My full time job plus a part time job (usually 3 nights a week and every other Saturday) This week I only had Monday Off and I have to work this Saturday, this will be my 4th Saturday in a row. I could not peel myself out of bed at 4:30, I heard Jillian say…

Hi guys, I have been absent the past few days. Sorry. My birthday was yesterday and I decide to live my life "relaxed" this past weekend. As far as food restrictions and calorie counting. Sunday I didn't not get out of my pajamas. Saturday I completed Level 2 day 3. Sunday I skipped, for no good reason, just because.…

Day 2 level 2 done, almost a 2 pound weight gain on the scale, oh well. I am feeling better. Level 2 is hard. Happy Friday everyone!

I would do that if my hubby was awake when I do the program but he is typically in bed. I just showed him a "push-up" when I got home from work because I had concern that I wasn't doing it right.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome results. I am so proud of you and so privileged to be your friend.

So Day one of level 2 kicked my *kitten*. It is a challenge but I like a good challenge. At the moment all of the routines are hard for me. I feel it in my legs a lot. I wore my HRM and it was a slightly more calorie burn, I will wear it again tomorrow just to confirm. Also, I had my husband watch me do a real push up and…

I understand and can relate. Exercise and I have a love hate relationship. I hate it while doing it but love the feeling afterwards.

Today was day 10 of level 1 and I am off to level 2. Today, believe it or not was the hardest of all 10 days for me. I couldn't get my *kitten* out of bed this morning and when I did I was pressed for time. I said if I was late to work it was my own fault, but luckily I got the work-out in, got ready for work and out the…

Level 1 day 9 complete. As others say I am feeling unmotivated, well I think it is bored more then unmotivated....I still hate side lunges with the raises and all the dang jumping jacks but I am still doing it every morning. I keep telling myself NO EXCUSES. It is so much easier to play on facebook for 25 minutes but…

Thank you, I wish I had someone there to watch me just to make sure I am doing it 100% but I know at the start of 30DS I couldn't even attempt a regular push up so I am making some progress.

INCREDIBLE RESULTS! Truly inspiring and really have me thinking!!!

Be careful with both injuries but also with the ankle my Aunt severely sprained her ankle with jumping jacks and was hurt for several months.

Day 8 Level 1 done. 2 more days left...feeling sore in my legs today...not sure why. I was super tired this morning so the workout felt harder then it has in the past. I still was able to do 3 regular push-ups. I will keep at it.

That is awesome everyone, I didn't measure myself before started, now I wish I did.

Well I didn't get day 7 in early like I wanted to but I did get to take a cycle class at the gym. I just not finally got around to day 7 of level one and completed it and I was able to do 3 real push ups! W.O.W that is amazing to me. I hope everyone is enjoying the remainder of their weekend!!!

Day 6 Level 1-DONE! Now off to work on this lovely Saturday---I am gonna be the shampoo girl for doggies today:smile:

I want to do it 30 days without a rest, now whether my body and schedule allow me I don't know. I read somewhere on MFP that the best thing for muscle stiffness/soreness is to keep working out--something about helps lactic acid move around? Now I don't know how true that is but just something I read. Maybe do a forum…

I am on day 5 and I did notice a slight change, I feel the lower half of my belly has "shrunk" some. I took some incredibly awful before pictures and can't wait to see if/what the changes are on day 30. Fingers crossed.

Day 5 Level 1 completed this morning, I know everyone says it gets easier, I still feel I struggle about the same with the program. I am not giving up though. It is only 20 minutes I will survive. Terrified of Level 2 though LOL
