Thank you, this makes perfect sense. I appreciate the feedback and the advice. I am certainly not trying to make excuses for myself. I do push myself. No it doesn't include travel time I would add about an hour total a day for travel time. so another 5-6 hours a week w/travel time.

On average between both jobs 52-56 hours....my quttin' time at the 2nd job isn't a precise number.

I get referred to as the "Ol' Lady" even though I am 2 years YOUNGER then him. He got this from my dad...that is what he calls my mom. I don't care and it doesn't bother me, he doesn't mean it in a bad way it is just conversation.

I am interested in doing low carb as well but I am really not sure where to start. A friend suggested Paleo but I am not sure I can mentally do that right now...So I was thinking of lowering my carb intake. How do I determine was is considered a good place to start?

Here is question, probably a stupid question, but if I am following this are these my NET calories or my total calories consumed. There for I would NOT be eating back exercise calories...Correct??

Because of my work schedule, working out in the evening is the only time that works for me...I have been pretty successful so far.
