I am in week 10 of weight loss, 28 pounds lost and about 2 weeks ago (25lbs lost) people started noticing. My husband notices in my clothes, he tells me my jeans are baggy on me. I personally noticed about 20 lbs lost in my clothes.

I find alot of similarties in our storeis as well as body changes, very motivating. At my heaviest I was 219 pounds and as of my weigh in this past Friday I am down 23 pounds. It is fun discovering your body =) Congrats girl you look awesome! Keep up the great work!

Exactly, even if I haven't lost "x" pounds, If I can wear a dress...you know the cute sundresses and not have the "pregnant" apperance it will boost my motivation and self-esteem at ton. Not to mention, it is always rewarding to slide my belt back an extra notch. Or Not have to wrestle with my bra to get it on---LMAO!

I do the same thing, especially with drinks....I think to myself, you have deserved this and then of course after several drinks I make very poor food choices. ;(

I was reading about 200 sit ups and googled a push up challenge and this is what I found, I am going to try both, I would love to be able to say I can do 10 push ups LOL. http://hundredpushups.com/what.html

I can't do push-ups either, but wall push-ups or inclined push-ups are a little easier, just don't cheat yourself if it doesn't feel like you are getting anything from it, then your not, it should be a challege for you.

Thanks! I am in, 4 weeks ago I couldn't do 1 sit up. Last week, with help my friend got me to do 4 sets of 20 but it wasn't pretty. I'd like to be able to do 200! I know planks also help build up your core strenth and will help you with sit ups.

I could be wrong but isn't that why they suggest zig zag calorie counting? I just read about zig zagging on Friday and I am giving it a try. It seems to make sense to me.

And yes when I just type chinese food, I get the calorie contents to come up. I think w/avoiding the sauce I can avoid the high level of sodium. Tomorrow is my weigh in for Biggest Loser at work and I dont want to be retaining a bunch of water for the weigh in.

Thanks guys, this does help. I think I am going with the chicken and steamed vegtables with rice and sauce on the side. I may even not get the rice or sauce. A co-worker says the local place is usually pretty good about "custom" orders.

Welcome. I started at 1300/day and found it very difficult to ONLY eat that amount, now 6 weeks later and I am struggling to consume that much. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT! Anyway, I am aiming for 1200 since I know it is unhealthy to be under. I too love to get new recipies or share anything I learn. Feel free to add me.

I am eating small. For instance I had a hard boiled egg at 8am, then at 10am I had a greek yogurt. At 12 I will eat my lunch and then depending if I am hungry eat at 2 or 3 Then dinner at 6ish.

I am aiming for every 2 hours. Usually this is not a problem for me but I have been so busy at work I havent thought about it.

I am just worried because the past 4-5 days I have consumed under 1200 calories (not purposely) but my friend expressed great concern that my body will go into starvation mode and start storing everything I consume, I am making sure to eat something every 2 hours today but I hope the damage isn't done. ;(
