  • I have learned to plan ahead. Find out what restaurants you will be going to and look them up on the web. Most post the nutrition content of things...even alcohol. Then plan for it! Just stay focused and remember planning is the key, you don't have to eat salads the whole time.
  • I understand how you feel...I was beating myself up over yesterday too. BUT...you have LOST 8 pounds...you recognize that you shouldn't have eaten those things...you are admitting it...YOU CAN DO THIS! Today is a new day...learn from yesterday and move on!

  • Mine do that too! I attributed it to new sneakers. Hoever, I was starting to get worried and thought maybe I should call the doctor. Now I know that it isn't just me!

  • I know what you mean! I don't even want to think about how much I was consuming before. Now, I am not grabbing for snacks! I am full throughout the day, I actually have energy, and I am tired at bedtime.

  • I really like Jillian Michael's Fitness Ultimatum. I have the 2009 version. I also like Wii fit. A good one without the balance board is Just Dance 2....it kicks your butt if you do all of the movements. Good Luck!
