I was doing alright with my daily goals until evening when my husband and I went out for drinks...I tend to get in the spirit of things and afterwards beat myself up for not having the willpower to stay on-track. I am also realizing that I wish I had more friends on MFP to support and be supportive. If anyone would like…

I would like to join the group if there is still room. I am 40 years old, married, and have two kids (15 & 11). My starting weight was 257.6, CW 252, GW 150. I am really focusing on logging and keeping my calories within my goal, but will add exercise in soon.

I set my main goal, then little ones along the way. I find the small goals keep me motivated to get to the large goal. Good luck on your journey. Feel free to add me.

Feel free to add me. I am currently 247. I lost 50 pounds at one point and have now put it all back on when I was feeling self-pity about some health issues. I'd love to support and encourage each other.

I have recently done the same thing. I had health problems, then gained all the weight back + a couple extra. I have decided today is the new beginning, no more excuses. I kept it off for over a year the first time. If you want, friend me and we can motivate each other. Good luck!

I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I'd welcome others with it to add me! I had lost 50+ pounds on MFP until I starting having severe health issues. These had been going on for 9+ months with no answers and I just gave up on my weight loss because I just felt so beat down. I'm regretting that now as some of the…

I always heard the males in my family making comments when I was growing up like "she be so much prettier if she lost weight, she has a pretty face BUT... and then to me "do you know how much happier you'd be if you'd lose weight?" Now I'll admit I was much happier last year after losing 50 pounds than I am with myself now…
