I had a minor setback over the weekend, but I am back at it today. D1 L2 today done. That was Brutal!!! Lol! I really felt it today. My weight was way up today so I really have to buckle down!!!

I'm up 3 lbs since I originally posted my stats. I know alot of it is water, but urgggg! CW-168 GW-140 I changed my goal, too, because 140 just seems more doable. Thanks so much for starting this challenge!!

Went out and did a 4 mile run this morning. My body just shut down afterward. Lol! Needless to day, I didn't get my 30DS in today. I think I will try L1D10 and L2D1 tomorrow. I want to catch up with everyone else!!! My niece told me that I looked like I had lost weight today. It felt good, but the scale is not moving. :P

D 9 L1 Done. I am sooooo sick of jumping jacks!! I really REALLY hope there are no jumping jacks in L2!! I did do regular push ups today,tho. I know the extra calories in alcohol stalls my weight loss. I love beer!!! Have you tried the MGD 64? it's very light....64 calories and somewhere around 2.5 carbs. It doesn't really buzz you like regular beer. (which I like!) Also, I find that beer is much easier to log into your diary. I thought about the individualized…

30DS done for today. I was pretty sore today, but it did seem to go by faster. Glad to see everyone is doing so well!! I have a question for all of you runners. Day 2 DONE! I am just glad nobody was here with me, because the noises I was making were quite scary. Lol! I am using 5lb weights half the time and 2lb the rest. I wasn't too awfully sore this AM, but I am thinking tomorrow is going to be a different story. I am loving it, though!

Day 1 done today!! I modified the push ups and the squats just a little (knee pain). I made it all the way through, though! I finished off with 25 minutes on the treadmill. I am so glad to have this group for motivation! Can't wait to see everyone's results in 30 days.
