Mine almost completely disappeared after I fould out I was allergic to wheat and cut it out of my diet. They told me they were called "allergy shiners" and that food allergies are a huge culprit.

This is one of my favorites! I have 2 SS plants in my garden. I just poke holes in it and microwave until the skin is soft. YUMMMM!!! I am going to try the alfredo thing...never tried that.

You skin should still be like a rubber band. It will snap right back as long as you are smart about it. Healthy fats and fish oil supplements will help, too. Good luck on your jouney!

You look really young in your pic, As long as you exercise while you are losing and do plenty of strength traing, you should be fine. I was on bed rest for 5 months with my first child and weighed 200 lbs. I was back in a bikini by the following Summer. I was 28. I didn't get so lucky with my next child at 31. Do it now!!

My cat started to kill a bird today, but then he thought about how the bird has rights and chose a cucumber from our garden instead.

Meat, veggie, carb. If he doesn't want the veggie, so what?? Spaghetti, salad. If he doesn't eat the salad, It dsoesn't hurt anyone. I have been married to a picky eater for 12 years. I don't care what he eats. If you cater to him now, you always will!!

Mine never did C25k with me, but I make running and playing with them a game. We do sprint races, see who can jump rope the longest, see who can hula hoop the longest, etc. They love it and never see it as a workout, but i know i am burning major cals!!! I forgot that I had loaned my 30DS dvd to my niece, so I did Ripped in 30 instead. It is basically the same, though. My eight year old daughter did it with me, and i followed it with a 1.5 mile run. I'm sure I will feel it tomorrow!! Are we going to be posting our weights and measurrements??

Sounds delicious!! What type of cereal is this.....a puffed rice or oat type ceral. I have never heard of this brand.

I just had a protein shake at a friend's house, and it was the best shake I have ever tasted!!! It was GNC's brand, and it was CInnabon flavor. She mixed it with 4oz almond milk and half of a banana with crushed ice. OMG, it was sooooo good!! 32 g of protein and only 2g of sugar.

2.2 lb loss this week!!! So excited, because it was actually up even more from my start weight at the beginning of the week. I only got in 17 miles, but I ran them. My knees were giving me fits this week, and I have a 5k tomorrow....didn't want to overwork them. Have a great weekend everyone!! You are all doing so great!
